SKATE SAFELY
We want everyone to have a Wheelie great time and stay safe. Here's what you need to know before stepping onto the rink.
SKATE SAFELY & DISCLAIMER
Please read before you or your guests take to the rink.
- Roller skating carries an inherent risk of injury. All participants take part entirely at their own risk.
- Wheelie Roller Disco, its staff and the venue accept no liability for personal injury, loss or damage to property however caused, except where required by law.
- Participants must follow all instructions given by our Rangers and crew, and obey the venue's rules and signage at all times.
- Skates must be fastened securely before stepping onto the rink. Anyone whose skates cannot be fitted safely will not be permitted to skate.
- If a guest is unable to stand in skates unassisted, a parent or guardian must remain present to support them throughout the session.
- Own skates may be brought along but will be safety-checked by our crew first. Skates judged unsuitable must not be used; our hire skates will be provided instead.
- Skate at a speed and manner appropriate to your ability. No racing, rough play, carrying others, or use of phones while skating.
- Glow sticks and confetti are not permitted at our venues. Balloons are welcome.
- Children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times; Wheelie Roller Disco crew supervise the skating, not individual children.
- Any pre-existing medical condition that may affect safe skating should be disclosed, and medical advice sought before taking part.
- Wheelie Roller Disco reserves the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave the rink for unsafe or disruptive behaviour, without refund.
By purchasing tickets, booking a party or stepping onto the rink, participants and their guardians acknowledge that they have read and understood this disclaimer. This wording is a starting point, please confirm it with your insurer or legal adviser before relying on it.
