Timings vary by venue, here is what we can offer at each of ours.

GENERAL NOTES

If any of your guests are unable to stand in skates unassisted, we need a parent or guardian to stay for the party to assist that guest.
Own skates can be used, but we will safety check them first. If they are not suitable the guest will need to use our skates.
If skates cannot be fully and securely fastened due to physicality, the individual will be unable to participate.
All participants take part at their own risk.
For VIP and Private parties we can provide tables and chairs for food, cake and refreshments (chargeable at Goffs; contact Herts & Essex directly for a dedicated food area).
You provide and clear away the food. Balloons are fine, confetti of any kind is strictly prohibited by all venues.
Glow sticks are not allowed at our venues due to the liquid inside them.

BOOKING FAQs

Everything you need to know before requesting your party.

Choose your venue and date on the booking page, the calendar shows which dates are free and which are already taken or closed off. Submit a request and our manager reviews it before anything is held. Once approved, you pay on your party page to lock the date in.

Integrated and VIP parties are paid for a minimum of 10 skaters at the time of booking. Private parties are paid in full to secure the date. Any extra skaters above your package minimum are charged once your final skate list comes in.

Your skate list is due 10 days before the party. You can add and update names any time in the My Party area up to that point. Extras added on the list are charged per skater at your package rate.

Yes. Every request goes to our manager first. Once it's approved, the Pay button appears on your party page and the date is only blocked out on the public calendar once payment is received, so an unpaid request never holds a slot.

Get in touch as soon as your plans change. We'll always do our best to move you to another available date rather than lose your party. Any specific terms or deadlines will be confirmed when you book.

Private parties can be held at your venue or one of ours. Your venue must meet our safety requirements and allow our skate racks with no step access to the hall. An additional charge may apply depending on location, please check with us first.

Comfortable clothes they can move in and socks for skate hire. Own skates are welcome but we'll safety-check them first. No glow sticks or confetti at any venue. Any guest who can't stand unassisted in skates needs a parent or guardian to stay for the party.
